old equipment disinfectant lack

The included breakfast was basic, but it was always hot and had the necessary items for a decent meal.

I was disappointed by the condition of the gym. The equipment seemed old and lacked proper maintenance. I also didn't see any disinfectant to clean the machines. This made me hesitate to use them. It definitely needs some updates.

clean room spacious room breakfast variety helpful staff

I was grateful for the clean, spacious room. the breakfast was a definite plus. I appreciated the variety. the courtesy shuttle to the cruise terminal was awesome. It saved me time and money. the staff were amazing. Justine and sabina were particularly helpful!

the gym had very few pieces of equipment, and most seemed quite old.

friendly staff shuttle service old bathroom falling caulking

the staff was friendly. i also appreciated that the hotel was well maintained. the shuttle to canada place made the location convenient.

the bathroom felt old. i noticed long hairs in the shower and i have short hair. the caulking was also falling apart.

secure parking breakfast choice

The breakfast included many choices. It was awesome! the room had two queen beds, which worked well for my family. the secure parking was definitely a plus.

the room was a bit FAR from attractions though the hotel had a drop-off shuttle service.
